Based in Barnet, providing Home Support Services across Barnet, Herts, Harrow and Brent. Looking to enhance our vibrant team with someone who has a passion for care, training and recruitment.

To ensure that the branch has a consistent flow and pipeline of quality and workable candidates that will impact the branch profitability. To deliver regular training to our new and existing workforce as regular refreshers, to ensure a well-trained, knowledgeable and competent workforce to our clients that meets legislation and contract requirements.

*Plan and prioritise work load to ensure speedy efficient operations and high standards, ensuring all deadlines are met.
*Manage administration in line with company policy and procedures.
*Ensure all documentation is compliant and updated in accordance with legislative and contract requirements.
*Assist team members with their roles, as and when required.
*To be solution focussed with issues that arise and proactively manage them.
*Oncall duties on a rota basis
*To ensure accurate data is maintained on IT systems at all times.
*To support with incidents and complaints in line with policy
*Ensure smooth and efficient running of the branch in a highly organised manner
*Deliver an efficient and high level of customer service to all stakeholders at all times.

*Plan, prioritise and conduct resourcing activities
*To source and select candidates fulfilling all contractual obligations and commitments
*Support and conduct resourcing activities promptly for candidate attraction i.e. internal system, job boards, Facebook, external displays to continually attract candidates plus liaise with external bodies e.g. colleges, training centres etc.
*To research local colleges / universities and training providers to determine appropriate coursers for the business
*To visit colleges and universities regularly presenting PCB to potential candidates
*To ensure that all activities relating to clients and candidates are on Carefree for team access
*Devise and implement a proactive and innovative candidate attraction strategy
*Monitor results of all advertising means used and where necessary provide recommendations
*Explore new advertising opportunities ensuring minimal cost.
*Be abreast of competitor incentives and provide recommendations
*To pre-register candidates, organise and carry out interviews of candidates
*To clear candidates in line with compliance policy, ensuring high levels of compliance, legal and contractual obligations are met in relation to candidate files
*Managing personal time and productivity towards agreed cost centre targets
*Attend and present at external client meetings and internal meetings making effective use of company branding and marketing
*Support with any branch urgencies and ensure minimal loss of cost centre bookings

*Write, plan, deliver and evaluate candidate training, to meet client requirements and market need.
*Training plan and diary to be well managed to ensure a qualified and competent workforce is available to the business, and does not prohibit availability to meet client needs.
*Evaluate Trainer feedback and review training material on a regular basis
*Maintain all training equipment, materials and facilities to high standards liaising with service companies and Head Office.
