We always listen carefully to what you tell us about how you want to receive your care and support and focus on all the little things you need to make your life as easy and enjoyable as possible at home or out in the community.

Our mission is to provide the standard of care that we would want for our own families. This means valuing the unique qualities of each Client and seeing the person, not a list of care needs.

You will get to know your local team quickly through them visiting, assessing, regular contact by phone and through quality visits and spot checks. Building a close relationship that you can trust and rely upon.

Our Complaints. Compliments and Concerns Procedure  

inTouch welcomes all your feedback so that we can improve our services and continue to achieve the highest of standards. We have a very open procedure for managing any complaints and complaints.  Each Client at the start of our service receives a copy of our procedure in their personalised information Purple Folder placed in their home to refer to. We want to ensure that you are in no doubt about how to report any concerns that may arise or to give us positive feedback on our care workers and services. Our Policy

Quality assurance of our home care services

Our care managers your local branch will regularly make quality calls and visits to check that our service is meeting your expectations.

We are registered with and regulated by Care Quality Commission – CQC and rated by them.

  • We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and share the data we gather throughout our service with them. 
  • The CQC is the national regulator responsible for ensuring home care services meet the legal Fundamental Standards set for quality and safety.
  • CQC inspectors carry out regular in-depth inspections checking our services meet the requirements of the law and meet fundamental standards of quality and safety.
  • As part of these checks they may directly ask our Clients for feedback.

We are also members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association - UKHCA, the organisation that supports home care providers to achieve the highest standards of care and support. They also give providers a national voice to raise issue to improve the status of Social Care within society, local authorities and the government.
